On Sunday, November 9, 2025, the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel in Bratislava will host a celebration of gastronomy in a Czech–Slovak–Hungarian spirit.

This exclusive dinner, limited to a maximum of 60 guests, will take place from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
The first 20 Early Bird tickets are priced at €290 per person. After they sell out, the regular price will be €330.

Chef of the Year Gault&Millau CZ 2025 | Head chef of Restaurant Papilio
Jan Knedla is the head chef of Papilio restaurant in Vysoký Újezd, which under his leadership was awarded 17 out of 20 points this year – earning the prestigious four chef’s hats. In his restaurant, he focuses on premium seasonal ingredients, combining them with modern culinary techniques while honoring nature and local farmers.

Chef, designer, and builder of the entire concept of the restaurant ECK in Devín near Bratislava, which has achieved the highest rating in Slovakia – 18 out of 20 points and four chef’s hats. His cuisine is rooted in traditional Slovak ingredients, reimagined in an unconventional, captivating, and beautifully refined way.

Great Chef of Tomorrow 2025 Hungary | Head chef of Babel Budapest
Under Kornél Kaszás command and with an entirely new team, Babel Budapest, one of the country’s leading fine dining venues reopened after covid. Today, they cook a truly bold Scandinavian cuisine, in an ingredient-focused, progressive style that leads to new directions. In the Gault&Millau evaluation in 2025, Babel Budapest received 17 points and 4 chef’s hats, while Kornél Kaszás personally won the Great Chef of Tomorrow award.
